Janice Thornburg - Parish Administrator
Janice joined Sacred Heart in August 2006 as our Parish Administrator. She maintains oversight responsibility for church finance and administration as well as church and school facilities and technology.
Janice spent over 25 years within the technology sector of industry in both for profit and not for profit organizations, predominantly in the consulting world. In addition to her finance and administration background she has a strong customer service focus, having directed three 24x7 call center operations.
Her involvement in various ministries throughout a 15 year period led to her enrolling in the Diocesan ILM (Institute for Leadership in Ministry) program, graduating in 2003. She continues as a facilitator for the ILM working with Second Year students, and is a member of the Diocesan Catechumenate team. This increased involvement heightened her sense of a 'calling' and was instrumental in her decision to pursue a new career within the church.
Janice and Dave, her husband of 29 years, have two sons, Greg and Kyle, and a terrific grandson, Logan. A great family and a wonderful job...for Janice, it doesn't get much better than this.
